Supplier Development Engineer, Injection Molding sought by Electrolux Consumer Products Inc in Anderson, SC. Candidate must have a Bach or foreign equiv deg in Industrial Engg, Materials Sci or Engineering Technology & 5 yrs exp. implmtg mfg processes & tooling for home appliances, incl plastic injection molding tooling/processes (injection mold tool dsgn, build & start up, new process introduction & improvements implmtn). Must have exp in: Reviewing product dsgn & assembly systems to optimize manufacturability for various home appliances incl, injection molding, plastic welding, padprinting, hot foil, & in-mold decoration processes. Dvlpg & implmtg cost reduction projects for suppliers conversion, cost structure, & mfg processes. Utilizing Lean Mfg Tools & Techniques (VSM, TPM, OEE, 5S, SMED, line balancing, wastes elimination) to dvlp projects that reduce SCR & Cstar levels for various home appliance products.
