Job Description
As the Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for planning, estimating, forecasting, providing both oversight and day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project life-cycle on medium to large size projects. You’ll be collaborating with and influencing other areas within the company to develop solutions, methodologies, reports or process changes that support the organizations strategic initiatives. In this challenging role you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering solutions, accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support process, analysis and innovative process improvement, Tableau, Python and/or similar business intelligence tools. You will own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation and stakeholder engagement processes. The Senior Advisor will develop tools / dashboards to support, manage and report for various business units within the CVS PBM Organization, oversee day-to-day aspects of and drive assigned moderate to complex projects to ensure each project is delivered on-time.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with CVS Health Specialty Operations
* 5+ years experience providing business-related/and or technical subject matter expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects and business analytics to support management, multifunctional departments, staff members and peers
* Expert at developing or assisting in designing complex product development initiatives from concept through release.
* Expert at developing innovative analytic approaches leveraging internal and external data sources.
* Experience in leading and managing developers while also providing them coaching and mentoring.
* Ability to effectively communicate with all level of management, including VPs and executives
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills.
* Ability to interact with others in a professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.
* Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way.
* Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data and then using it to draw conclusions.
* Explore and recommend emerging technologies and techniques to support/enhance the Business Intelligence components
* Agile mindset and believe in delivering smaller projects more quickly in order to provide value and gain feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources
* Exposure to CVS RxClaim system

* Excellent Problem Solving Skills

* Exposure to RPA tools such as UI Path

* Exposure to workflow tools such as Alteryx, and Datawatch

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical development field.
