Ajilon Technical is now accepting resumes for a IT Support/Help Desk team member for one of their clients in Fort Mill, SC. The qualified candidate will have experience deploying new PC's. Other requirements include supporting clients with various IT services including LAN/WAN, Lotus Notes, and familiarity with Altiris.

Key Tasks

Participate in the PC Build Process

Support customers with various IT services including Lotus Notes, PC, LAN/WAN

Coordinate the acquisition of hardware and software

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including implementing standards to increase efficiency
