Gather reqmt & configure new process in JDE Worldsoft ERP application. Diagnosing production issues, performing root cause analysis & providing effective resolutions. Working w/ AS/400 (SQL/400) query tools & JDE World Writer. Preparing written user manuals & functional specs documentation. Dvlpg reports to identify the data integrity using SQL skills.
