Group Leader - Plant Controlling sought by Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Fort Mill, SC to analyze business ops, trends, costs, rev, fin'l commitments, & obligations to project future revs & expenses or to provide advice for prod plant or segment in question. Reqs: Bach deg or foreign equiv in Acctg, Finance, Bus Admin or rel +5 yrs exp in offered position or rel. 5 yrs exp must incl SAP EP1; Project Controlling in auto mnfg envir; prep'g, consolidating, & analyzing operating budgets & fin'l forecasts; prep'g Plant Cost Report; tracking cost dvlpmnt; leading, mentoring, & training controlling professionals; cost calc & cost acctg; reviewing fin'l assessments of ratio projects for invest decisions leading to Footprint decisions &/or relocs of production; & performing Month End Closing activities incl Assessments & Distributions.
