THIS IS FOR A POTENTIAL CONTRACT

Seeking Maintenance Worker for hospital facility maintenance contract at Charleston Air Force Base, SC to perform an extensive range of repair and general maintenance of facilities and equipment.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Experience in common methods, equipment and materials used in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical trades. Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies. Perform general maintenance and repair work on structures, facilities and equipment. Lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Understand and follow oral and written directions. Perform heavy manual labor. Work from heights above 6 feet

Qualifications:

- HVAC Certification a Plus

- Any combination of facility maintenance trade skills or construction experience of two years or more

- High School Diploma

- Must be able to pass Background Check
