Job: CNC Technician

Jobing Description

CIRCOR is a leading manufacturer of diaphragm, ball, needle, metering and manifold instrumentation valves and cylinders

for the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, semi-conductor, analytical, industrial and alternative fuel markets.

Job Responsibilities

* Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various CNC lathes (Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Okuma, Fadal, Haas, etc.)
* Operate twin spindle, twin turret lathes
* Debur components and manifolds
* Perform minor program edits and off-sets as required
* Use Fanuc controls
* Maintain production and quality data
* Maintain 5S work environment
* Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for an 8 - 10 hour shift
* Supplement other departmental duties as required

Education and Experience Required

* High School Diploma
* 3 - 5 years CNC lathe machining experience
* Close tolerance machining of exotic alloys
* Familiar with GIBBS programming
* Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical safety awareness
* Debur experience of multi-ported manifolds
* Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
