We currently have an immediate opening for a Calibration Technician I.

Responsibilities will include:

* Evaluating calibration systems that measure characteristics of objects, substances, or phenomena
* Testing and calibrating controlling, indicating, and measuring instruments and devices to ensure specified operating performance
* Using hand tools, testing, calibrating and precision measuring instruments
* Complex repairing and calibrating test equipment, including both electronic, air, and/or physical dimensional equipment
* Preparing calibration documentation in accordance with standards
* Performing gage repeatability & reproducibility tests on in-process gaging

Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree from two year college or technical school preferred
* 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field preferred
* Specific calibration and metrology training as provided in a technical school, junior college or military curriculum preferred
* GD&T experience preferred
* Strong blueprint reading skills preferred
